Placing your Order

So that we can include your order in our roasting totals, invoice you and dispatch efficiently, it is important that we receive your order through this web portal. Please avoid emailing, phoning or texting members of the team with your order; we may not be able to get your order into the system in time.

Roast to Order

This guarantees the freshest quality for service in your cafe. We roast Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  To be included in the day’s roast, we must have received your orders through this portal before 7:30am that day. 

This does mean that we’re roasting to fill orders and not holding on to a load of excess beans that may go to waste.  Getting your orders in on time guarantees your supply; we may not have leftovers to fill late orders.

Freight customers are welcome to place their orders at any time, understanding that it will be included in the next roast day.  We strongly encourage you to aim for the Monday or Tuesday dispatch for best chance of delivery before the weekend.

Freight Charges

Local Van Deliveries:

• Orders less than $200 = $11
• Orders over $200 = Free

Freight, Melbourne Metro:

• Orders less than $650 = $11
• Orders over $650 = Free

Freight, Domestic:

• Orders less than $650 = $15
• Orders over $650 = Free

International Accounts

Orders are dispatched via DHL Express on the same roast & dispatch schedule as our domestic Freight customers.  Import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver; we recommend seeking this information from your border/import body.

Freight charges for International shipments are calculated by DHL based on the weight of the order and destination location.
